Privacy statement

Version June 2026 · applies to the SimpleFlex website and demo request

1. Who we are

SimpleFlex B.V. (hereinafter: "SimpleFlex") is the controller for the processing of personal data as described in this statement.

  • Chamber of Commerce number: 83236279
  • Registered address: Zichtenburglaan 31, 2544 EA The Hague, the Netherlands
  • Contact: demo@simpleflex.nl

2. Which data we process

When you request a demo via this website, we process the data you enter yourself:

  • Name, business email address and phone number
  • Company name, number of flex workers and current way of working
  • Your preferred time and any additional notes

In addition, we process limited technical data when the form is submitted: your IP address (to prevent abuse) and — if you arrived via an advertisement or campaign — campaign parameters (utm codes and ad click id).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data solely to contact you, schedule the demo and follow up on your request (legal basis: performing — pre-contractual — measures at your request, and our legitimate interest in following up on business interest). We do not use your data for other purposes and never sell it.

4. Retention periods

We keep demo requests for a maximum of 12 months after the last point of contact. If you become a customer, the retention periods from the agreement and the statutory (tax) retention obligations apply.

5. Cookies and external sources

By default this website places no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and scripts are self-hosted; no CDN sees your visit. Analytics or advertising measurement only runs after you give consent via the cookie banner — decline it and the site works exactly the same. If you schedule an appointment via the embedded Calendly planner (on the thank-you page), Calendly processes the data you enter there under its own privacy policy.

6. Who we share data with

Only with parties needed to operate the website and our services, such as our hosting provider (EU data centres). We conclude data processing agreements with these parties. We do not transfer data outside the EEA, unless with appropriate safeguards.

7. Security

All connections are encrypted (TLS). Data is stored in European data centres with daily backups. Within the SimpleFlex platform, each customer organisation gets its own, strictly separated database.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email your request to demo@simpleflex.nl; we respond within 30 days. Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. SimpleFlex as a processor (customers)

If you use SimpleFlex as a customer, we process personal data of your flex workers on your instructions: you are the controller, SimpleFlex is the processor. Every subscription therefore comes with a standard data processing agreement, which covers, among other things: the purpose and nature of the processing, confidentiality, security measures, sub-processors, data breach notifications and the deletion or return of data afterwards (export available up to 90 days after termination). Request the model document via demo@simpleflex.nl.

10. Changes

We may amend this statement, for example when we add new functionality or analytics tools. The current version is always available on this page; the version date is shown at the top.
