Because SimpleFlex knows the planning, it also knows who needs transport. On the right is everyone working that day who does not have a ride yet; on the left you build the runs by dragging people in. Anyone not yet assigned stays on the list — so nobody gets forgotten. In Excel or with separate systems you have to line that up yourself.
Where is van 2 right now, and will it make the pick-up time? Link your vehicles to GPS and every van shows live on the map, updated automatically. Click a vehicle to see its licence plate and seats, the driver with a call link, the trip status (planned, driving or arrived) and the expected arrival at the next pick-up point. No more ringing round.
Every vehicle has a file with its APK inspection date, insurance, parking permit and last service with the service interval. If the APK, insurance or parking permit expires within 30 days, the vehicle is flagged "expires soon" and you get an e-mail — before a vehicle is off the road.
Each week you see how many transport runs there are, how full your vehicles are and which distances are covered. Combine runs and make better use of each vehicle — the overview shows where there is room.
