You start the day on the planning board: per client and per day you see in colour where the shortages are, with blocks and travel distance already factored in. You copy a week in one click after a check that the target week is empty, flex workers get their schedule as a push notification in the app, and you plan transport right alongside it.
Per location and room you see what is occupied and free, across all your locations. SNF/PKS details and inspections sit together in one file per location, the forecast shows vacancy weeks ahead, and a move flows straight through to planning and transport.
