From clock device to complete timesheet

We place the clock device

At your client's location, on a power socket with (guest) wifi. Configured by us in advance.

QR code or tag

Every flex worker clocks with the QR code in the SimpleFlex app or with a personal tag (key fob).

Hold the QR code or tag in front of the device: clocked in or out, with the exact time.

Clock in with a tag

One tag for the clock
and your client's doors

Flex workers can also clock in with a tag (key fob) instead of the QR code in the app. Does your client use an access control system that can read the same tag, such as Paxton? Then your client can register that tag in their own system as well — one tag on the key ring for clocking in and for the doors.

  • No smartphone needed A tag works for everyone, also for flex workers who don't use the QR code in the app.
  • One tag instead of two Your client registers the same tag in their own access system, e.g. Paxton. No separate door badge.
  • No connection to access control SimpleFlex does not connect to the access system and sees nothing of doors or access. Access management and security stay entirely with your client.

Questions about the clock system

A power socket and wifi — a guest network is enough. We configure the device before it goes on site, so there is no further installation at your client.
With the personal QR code in the SimpleFlex app, or with a tag (key fob). The flex worker holds it in front of the clock device at the start and end of the shift, and the time is recorded immediately.
It can, but not through SimpleFlex. If your client's own access control system — such as Paxton — can read the same tag, your client or their installer can register it there as well. Flex workers then carry one tag for clocking in and for the doors. SimpleFlex does not connect to the access system and sees nothing of doors or access: clocking happens in SimpleFlex, access stays entirely with your client.
