Every package contains all modules — only the number of flex workers and the level of support differ. An "active flex worker" is someone who, in that calendar month, has at least one shift planned or worked.

Time registration is included in every package. If you want flex workers to clock in and out at the work site, we deliver a pre-installed clock device for your client's location; you only place it on site and plug it in, and we manage it remotely. They clock in with the QR code in the app or a tag. Your client can register the same tag in their own access system (e.g. Paxton); SimpleFlex does not connect to it. Worked hours are automatically matched against the planning; deviations appear as open corrections. Clock device from stock, no separate hardware costs. Volume discount for multiple clock devices.
Free with a connected provider
Shows drivers and vehicles live on the map. If your GPS provider is already connected, we activate it for free. We connect a new provider once (€1,500–€2,500) — after that the integration is available for all clients with that same provider.
