It starts with a 30-minute demo. Want to go further? You send your data — everything at once, or part of it first — we import it, and within 48 hours your own environment is ready with that data in it. If you continue and started with part of it, we complete the import after the 30 days. After that you run 30 days live in production with your real flex workers, clients and planning: all modules, unlimited users, no credit card. So you run live for a full month with your own data before you decide. At the end you choose a package or stop: no subscription starts, only the one-time setup (configuration, data import and training) is charged.
Yes, the data import is included in the one-time setup. We import flex workers, clients, housing locations and ongoing planning from Excel or your current package, so you test live with your real situation instead of with dummy data.
Yes. SimpleFlex runs next to your payroll, not instead of it: you keep the payroll package or payroll provider you use today. SimpleFlex supplies the input — hours and totals per client and per week, ready to print or export for your own payroll and invoicing. We are happy to look into a link with your payroll software; whether it is possible depends on the package and its API. Planning, hours, housing, transport and compliance are what you handle in SimpleFlex.
All data is stored in European data centres with daily backups and encrypted connections. Every client gets their own, strictly separated database and a data processing agreement as standard. Your data stays yours. Read more on the security page →
No sales pitch but a working session: you tell us how your agency plans and administers things now, we show live how that works in SimpleFlex — including your trickiest edge cases. After that we set up your own environment and you start the live trial.
A subscription runs for 12 months and then renews for a year at a time. You can cancel against the end of the term with 2 months' notice. Billing is monthly: a fixed monthly fee plus a one-time setup at the start. During the 30-day trial beforehand you pay no subscription; the one-time setup is also due if you stop after the trial. After cancellation your data remains available for export for another 90 days.
