The Wtta calls for a demonstrable, current admission file. SimpleFlex monitors the parts that live in your planning and records — IDs, phases, housing — and shows what is still missing.

WTTA timeline

When do you need to arrange what for the Wtta?

The Wtta (the Dutch act on admission for staffing agencies) comes in stages. These are the five dates that count for every staffing agency, as published by the NAU.

    1 Nov – 31 Dec 2026

    Register for the transition scheme.

  2. 2/5

    1 January 2027

    The Wtta enters into force and the transition year starts.

  3. 3/5

    1 May – 30 June 2027

    Submit your application for mandatory admission.

  4. 4/5

    From 1 July 2027

    The NAU assesses applications. Hirers can then check an agency's status in the public register.

  5. 5/5

    From 1 January 2028

    The Netherlands Labour Authority enforces the admission obligation.

The Wtta enters into force on 1 January 2027. Registering for the transition scheme is possible from 1 November to 31 December 2026, you submit the application for mandatory admission between 1 May and 30 June 2027, the NAU assesses applications from 1 July 2027 and the Netherlands Labour Authority enforces the obligation from 1 January 2028.
